Yes you can cancel your subscription in Google Play Store.
Then wait until DMD2 app asks you to purchase the plugin again, when it does you can subscribe to the 12 month option.

Can you please provide me your device serial number (only the last 6 digits is enough) ? With that i can check why its crashing, we get crash logs for system apps too.

A factory reset will preset latest Firmware update but you will have to install all additional apps again. Our apps will be included already.
We have seen some units where the power button press is less “clicky” then others, this will not change in the long run, if you feel it is really bad then just contact support, you can email directly to rafael@thorkracing.com

On most EU countries, if you do that you will not have a map, instead you will have it fully filled with GAS Station icons.
Plus the map will become so slow you will barely be able to use it.
We will see what we can do to improve it a bit or maybe even move to cluster icons (grouped)

Im very sorry, the online search uses the Google API (paid service), unfortunately we had to cancel the credit card used to pay that API due to an attempt for unauthorized payment.
We are changing the payment method for that and the service should be back up really soon.
