It looks like maybe there are issues with how you decide if you’re in range of the gpx track and if you should show the distance remaining. I’m guessing that there’s a simple check to see if you in range of a point? I had the distance remaining box keep disappearing when on long straight sections and it would reappear when I got to the next corner. I also see a similar behaviour when using DMD to make a route. On long straights it would keep recalculating to the route thinking I’d gone to off route. This also effects the distance remaining, it’ll hold a value until you get to the next point then jump. Probably requires checking where you are on a track segment line rather than just the point?

This is fixed on more recent version. It should not happen anymore.
