Not sure if that feature is still working. Either way there is a Facebook group for the CARPE Tab where they monitor it from time to time.
No one in our team is currently working with CARPE and we have ended all partnerships we had with them. Currently ThorkRacing (our main shop brand) is only a CARPE reseller.
