I can see the close keyboard in the picture, its in the bottom right corner.ooops. Didn’t know that this closing the kb, was expecting this blue ‘keyboard’ icon from the app. 👍
when you share a location from google app and the app switch between themes (tunel or whatever) the navigate modal open every time. can you add an option to delete latest search addresses, option to clear them all and one by one? v 3.00030
Let me see if i get this right, i share a location from Google Maps to DMD2, then i switch theme (from dark to light for example) the Navigation Dialog shows up like you have just shared a location from Google Maps to DMD2 again?
yes, and keep happening when theme changing again and again.
The keyboard icon is missing from the coordinates options and you can’t close it, for both portrait & landscape. Also can you force the keyboard to show only the numeric, would be easier to type?
Can you add an option to delete an address from history and one to clear them all?
It’s just me or the voice instruction are too low? I can’t hear them, I have no problem hearing instructions from other gps.
Can you add a pop-up info box when you click on a droppoint, including the name, address.. a get directions button?

Same on my 6.59″ screen. Really like @mp_ ‘s proposal regarding progress box/widgets switch on the top and one button to open all side icons (!)…what do mean, looks fine? doesn’t look huge (6.43″ mine), especially comparing with landscape mode icons have twice the size?
GPX settings modal: I would prefer the Reset button to be red and have a confirmation dialog, it’s easy to click it by mistake, actually it would be great if all “reset/delete” buttons have a confirmation dialog.

I saw that you “disable” the buttons on GPX Recorder modal but I can still press them, is this intentionally?
Hi John, really like the portrait layout. Food for thought… top bar and bottom nav bar are too big, feels like I have set my phone in zoom mode, will gain some extra map space.
It was nice touch to set the progress box on top when the widgets are closed, but how about to have the progress box always on top and switch the widgets to be expanded vertically below the progress box?
I would really like to have the speed widget always visible at some corner (bottom right maybe?), and it is also possible to have the road speed limit?
Maybe you can add one bottom icon that will open a box and have all the icons that are on the left and right in, will get more map space this way.
Zoom in/out can be a little more transparency

Can you disable this full keyboard layout in landscape mode when tap to type on a input field? This is not happening in any other app and there is no option in the phone to disable it. Found this, it’s a little bit old, but it might give you an idea? https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31848929/how-to-disable-custom-keyboard-fullscreen this is definitely happening on xiaomi redmi 10s
This is done for next update… very nice indeed (it was a problem only on phones) it is now fixed!
