Waypoints not showing up correctly consistently

When I import a .gpx 1.1 file with a track and poi’s (waypoints) into DMD, sometimes the waypoints show up and sometimes they don’t. Here’s an example. This .gpx file imports correctly showing all 6 waypoints including the starting and ending points. However, this .gpx file, created exactly the same way, only shows the beginning and ending waypoints although there are three additional ones (Crowne Pointe State Park, Mobil Gas Station and Deer’s Head Inn Restaurant). These two .gpx files were created exactly the same way (they were exported from MyRouteApp).

This Google MyMaps link shows that the waypoint appear correctly in MyMaps in both cases, so I’m not sure why they’re not appearing in DMD. This is happening regularly.

Any ideas?
