Just bought the T865X Tablet and Controller 2 and had them fitted to my 1090 Adv R by Torque Racing in Royston.

Really happy with the setup, is much better than my old nav unit. Even though I am running the short aftermarket screen, the tablet is tucked nicely behind it.

Also seems pretty easy to use, and looking forward to a proper off-road test next weekend!!

Screen protector and sunshade on order, and will also be getting a second mount so I can use it on my enduro bike as well!!

Would you happen to have a photo of the mounting bracket that is used to attach the tablet holder and some info about the bracket?

I also have a 1090.

In the picture, it looks like the tablet mount is a Tourtech piece. The Tourtechs cross bar (probably 12mm) then gets an AMPs adapter clamped to it. The tablets holder then gets mounted to the AMPs adapter.

Did the setup fit fine behind the stock screen or did you have to get a different screen for more space, or make any other adjustment?

Any issues with the setup?
