In the general settings is no switch. The only way i found is mapview/gpx/settings/Abbiegehinweise (last Point left side)/Sprach-Hinweise einschalten (last point right side). All 4 options in this menu are off ans she is alway talking.
Those settings are ONLY for GPX file instructions.
If you are doing a navigation to a destination then you need to go to Map Configuration (the round button with 3 squares on top of each other) > Then click “ADVANCED” in the bottom of the dialog > Then disable voice instructions on those settings.
