I have the same zoom issue on DMD2 App. My setup includes Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3, DMD2 and Carpe Controller (including Carpe Controller app).
Only keyboard installed is Samsung keyboard (default), and system language is English. No MS keyboard or any other keyboard variations installed.
zoom works fine on other navigation app’s mapping, just not DMD2 mapping.
I’ve tried installing GBoard (Google keyboard) to identify if such resolves the issue, but it does not. I also tried different tablet hardware; same issue.
all updates (both application and OS level) are applied.
Grateful for any advice on resolve.
Update: found fix:
Go to ‘Remote Controller Settings’ within main DMD2 Settings menu. Program Carpe controller button to zoom functions, by selecting zoom function, then pressing controller button that you wish to use for the particular zoom function.
