I belive that depends on where you got your license.
– If you bought the license and app through google play store, its linked to your account.
– If you bought a DMD device from Thork or resellers its linked to the device.
– If you bought a license from Thork for an apk-download, i think its linked to your enabled device, but it can be moved, contact Thork in that case.
