feel the same: why the street mode has this low contrast? It’s not easy to read the map during ride, in case you can’t follow the route (road work, detour, …).
Alternatively using the offroad map style could help, but all the many unpaved off roads are irritating. May switch on visibility of that gravel roads on map could be changed to lower zoom level – down to 1 mile/1 Km?
