I will not highjack this threat, but I would like to add some more details:
1. In main config, it’s selectable, which colour schema would be preferred – but possibility is olny dark or light.
This changes only color schema of application itself (menues, icons, etc.).
Missing is the option, to use automatically given device settings (my along sun rising)
2. in config menue about map type and style, there are 3 options (dark, light, and thema of device settings). Vice versa to main config, here we have all needed 3 options.
But the option “device thema” isn’t working; it ignores the settings in device – map in DMD App stays always dark!
