I have just received the smartphone from thork racing and the map on Great Britain was working OK, but as soon as I switch between portrait mode and landscape it crashes and blue screen appears. I’ve reinstalled the app several times and even tried not to update to the latest version and it still does it. It does have the same issue on both screens. I’m not sure what else I can do. The app is set as home app. I am a bit desperate at the moment as I’m planning a big trip and need this to be reliable. Gpx loads ok and even riding for hours was brilliant as long as you don’t turn the screen to portrait… Any help is appreciated.
